Pastor Bill Parkey was elected senior pastor of The Pentecostal Church on April 29, 2013. He is a graduate of Jackson College of Ministries where he received a B.A. in Religious Studies and Music. Pastor Parkey has been active within the United Pentecostal Church International for many years—serving on various local and district committees. He has also traveled as an evangelist, conducted leadership and marriage seminars, and organized a wide variety of conferences and meetings. In addition, he is a gifted teacher, preacher, songwriter and musician.
First Lady Stephany Parkey actively serves along side her husband in pastoral ministry at The Pentecostal Church. She holds a B.A. in Organizational Management from Ashford University. She also has an A.A. degree in Early Childhood Education from The College of the Sequoias. She is a talented singer and anointed worshiper. She studied music for one year at Christian Life College in Stockton, CA.
Pastor & Sis. Parkey have four lovely children--Zakery, Zarisa, Zayne and Zyan--who are also gifted musicians and singers. Their two dogs, Zippy and Zayda, make the family complete.
